CreditDevice and Coface have joined forces with the aim of managing the trade credit insurance policy Tradeliner and generating more relevant insights for users. The foundation for this extensive collaboration is CreditDevice’s PolicyManager. PolicyManager, a Software as a Service solution, has already proven its value among CreditDevice’s customers both in the Netherlands and internationally. This CreditDevice product has been customized into a white-label version specifically for Coface clients, under the name Alyx.
Coface and CreditDevice introduce Alyx
With Alyx, Coface has taken the first step in developing a platform that automates credit risk management, which can be used in addition to Coface’s existing software. Alyx, the result of joint efforts by CreditDevice and Coface, integrates all the features of PolicyManager and has been customized for Coface policies. An important difference from standard Coface products is that Alyx integrates accounting data and enables more calculations, with CreditDevice acting as a trusted third party.
CreditDevice: transformation and boundary-pushing growth
In the initial phase, Alyx focuses primarily on France, Germany, and the Nordics. CreditDevice, as an independent company in the Netherlands, will continue to sell PolicyManager under its own label and further develop the product.
The development of Alyx with Coface strengthens CreditDevice’s international position. In the upcoming period, CreditDevice will continue to develop functionalities for both national and international policy clauses offered by Coface in key European markets. In the Netherlands, many exporting companies are credit insured, making this market crucial for CreditDevice. Therefore, the continuous improvement of PolicyManager is an ongoing process.
The scope of CreditDevice in developing a Credit Management Platform goes beyond Alyx. CreditDevice also focuses on selling Credit Management Software and a wide range of credit management services, both in the Netherlands and internationally
