Coface and CreditDevice have joined forces. The starting point of this far-reaching cooperation is the management of the Tradeliner credit insurance policy and the generation of more control information for users. The basis for this is CreditDevice’s PolisManager. PolisManager, a ‘Software as a Service’ solution, has already proven its value with CreditDevice customers in both the Netherlands and internationally. This CreditDevice product has been adapted into a white label version specifically for Coface clients, under the name Alyx.
Coface and CreditDevice introduce Alyx
With Alyx, Coface has taken the first step in developing a platform that automates credit risk management and can be used additionally to Coface’s existing software. Alyx, the result of joint efforts between CreditDevice and Coface, integrates all the features of PolisManager and, in addition, is further customized to the Coface policy. A key difference from the standard Coface products is that Alyx integrates accounting data, enables more calculations with CreditDevice acting as a trusted third party.
CreditDevice: transformation and groundbreaking growth
Coface is focusing on France, Germany and the Nordics with Alyx in the first phase. CreditDevice will continue to sell PolisManager under its own label and further develop as an independent company in the Netherlands.
The development of Alyx with Coface strengthens CreditDevice’s international position. In the coming period CreditDevice will continue to develop functionalities for both national and international policy clauses offered by Coface in key European markets. In the Netherlands, many exporting companies are credit insured. This market is important to CreditDevice, hence the continuous improvement of PolisManager is an ongoing process.
CreditDevice’s scope in developing a Credit Management Platform goes beyond Alyx. CreditDevice’s focus is also on selling Credit Management Software and a wide range of credit management services, both in the Netherlands and internationally.
