Easily assign complaints to the right people

The sooner the complaint is resolved, the sooner the debtor will pay the invoice. The Escalation Ladder in the credit management software offers several steps in which you can escalate the complaint at different levels. The person handling the complaint is automatically notified that there is a complaint and what it is about. Is the complaint not dealt with in time, for whatever reason? Then the Escalation Ladder automatically forwards the complaint to, for example, the sales manager and then to the credit manager.
